SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submissions are welcome from creative writers, both published and unpublished, in the English language, particularly from Ireland and America. We accept e-mail submissions only.
The ONLY e-mail address for submissions is submissions@authorrightsagency.com.
Under no circumstances should a full-length manuscript be submitted unless initially requested. Send us a brief synopsis, ideally one page, and no more than ten pages (about 3000 words) of text as a Word or RTF attachment, single-spaced. Please do not paste your writing sample in the body of the e-mail.
Attach your work to the email in a document named as follows:
TITLE by Name_number of pages.doc
TITLE by Name_fullMS.doc
TITLE by Name_synopsis.doc
For example:
THE REBEL by Evan Jones_10pages.doc
THE REBEL by Evan Jones_fullMS.doc
THE REBEL by Evan Jones_synopsis.doc
Make your query short and precise and tell us a few words about yourself.
We do try to respond to every submission but we do not consider queries without a writing sample.
Please wait until you receive a reply before sending in more material. If we do request a complete manuscript, expect a response in 4-6 weeks. Please do not phone.
Please let us know if you are making multiple queries to other agents or publishers. Exclusive submissions are preferred and given priority.
